Increasingly, buildings need to be smart, using technology to ensure wellness and safety. We envisage a world where a building can learn and adapt to the use and needs of its residents, serving as a technology platform providing insights to landlords.

At 5ive Capital we aim to design buildings that are always capturing, measuring, and processing data to help us better understand how products and services are being used. This in turn, helps drive decision-making for optimizing resources for future developments as we analyze ever evolving usage patterns.

Currently we are either on site or planning ground-up construction projects for the five hundred thousand square feet of development rights that we control in order to meet our tenant’s demands of tomorrow.
